• Garden fencing and waste removed

  Came and done part of the fencing and agreed to come back to finish the gravelboards once soil was removed from topend, husband finished removing the soil like agreed and then we asked when they would be back to finish, it took 7 weeks of going back and forth, the company saying they didn’t have time as they had other jobs on. Once we contacted checkatrade; company messaged and was very argumentative. Then they did come and finish another part of the gravelboards but not all and didn’t take waste which was agreed in the quote/receipt. Came to our house unannounced being rude and sent horrible messages too.

• Take up old decking and install paving and cobbles, replace trellis and arch, repair / paint wood

  The company quoted for work beyond their skill level. They did not seem to have the decorating or building skills required for part of the job. They were adaptable when lifting the decking revealed old paving which it was agreed would be augmented with the new paving and cobbles requiring fewer new slabs. The new slabs and cobbles were laid reasonably well. However the weather and poor timekeeping meant the job lasted over two weeks and the site was always untidy. The painting and wood repair was poor and on the last day the trellis and arch erected were not what had been agreed.

  Excellent service from Will and Pete; quick to come and quote, started later same week and finished in 3.5 days. General tidying plus removal of seriously invasive grasses. Had good ideas and advice to offer as well and we took them up on suggestion for a soakaway for a spring. This was an extra, but fairly priced and made a big difference to how we can use that part of the garden. Excellent input from them both. More than just original grounds maintenance as envisaged. No hesitation in recommending them; hard at work all day; very friendly; a pleasure to have them with us.

  Jamie and Liam did an excellent job - all the way from arranging to provide a quote through to completing the works. Excellent communications; turned up on time; they were grafting as they started the works in December when the days were short; cleaned up at the end of each day, and works all finished in good time to a very high standard.

  Will was very professional from the beginning. I told him I needed to keep costs down as being a single mother I’m on a budget.. he heard me and came up with a plan and ideas to suit my budget. The price was very reasonable and I’m very happy with the end result. Will completed the job in no time at all.. he always cleared up any mess and I would 100% recommend this company.
