Form a small split system for single zone to full office block VRF / VRV heat recovery systems complete with BMS (building management system) we can supply the perfect climate control. VRF / VRV heat recovery systems are used for simultaneous multiple zone heating & cooling . With so many sys-tem types available at extremely competitive rates any zone temperature control can be achieved, working & training direct with manufactures we can offer longer warranty periods for new installations with a bespoke maintenance plan.

PPM is key to an efficient running system & can save on costly repairs, GREEN R-HAVC will test / monitor each component to maintain optimum performance. A full-service report will be completed & logged with any requirements advised. At GREEN R-HVAC our Planned Preventative Maintenance services are tailored to your requirements & bespoke to you. PPM service inspections will reduce system running cost & increase system performance leading to less work for the system to do & reduce system down time. Breakdown & System fail:
Our refrigeration engineers are F-gas certified & can cover all refrigeration systems form integral to split & packaged, we have fully equipped service vehicles carrying a wide range of spares with the aim to get your system back to full working order. We offer back up breakdown cover with a fast response & repair turn around, minimising system down time for all refrigeration & air conditioning systems.
legislations:
Mandatory Leak Checking: Systems containing fluorinated greenhouse gases with C02 equivalent to 5 tonnes or more will require a mandatory leak check complete with leak checking records, leak checks must be carried out by a certified engineer. this regulation affects refrigeration & air conditioning systems.
Mandatory TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection: Air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kw must be regularly inspected by an energy assessor. Only air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kw are affected by these regulations.
