  From the start I had honest feedback on the extent of what work was required to fix my issues with the roof. After previous attempts to repair the roof had failed, It was a relief to hear how confident Steve was with his team's service. A delayed start due to the weather which was understanding due to the time of the year, but the guys managed to get a few dry days in to get the job done. So far, I've not had any issues with the section of roof in question, so I'd definitely be asking them back in the future for any further work. Thank you

  This business expressed an interest in this job and because of their feedback I contacted them straight away, on the 21st December, and left a voicemail message. I appreciate that the weather conditions meant that it would not be possible for someone to do the work straight away, but no one got back to me at all. I contacted the admin. Team at Checkatrade and they say that companies are given customers details with the expectation they will make contact with them. Why show you are interested when you are not. Totally let down by you.
