We have had work carried out before, but the service your guys provided was second to none. Their work ethic and courtesy afforded to us was amazing. They worked around us and our pets without any fuss or interruption. They cleaned up at the end of each day and worked hard to ensure we had hot water and heating ASAP. 10Verified ReviewOil fired boiler burner went pop. Coldest week of the winter so far. Posted a Facebook plea for help and Gary responded directly and then called. He turned up the same afternoon and fixed the problem using second hand parts. Once the new parts were obtain he visited a second time, within 24 hours, to permanently fix. I don’t write many reviews as they would tend to be negative but Gary is a delight to have met and undertake work for us. He restores the faith in quality tradespeople doing a good quality job and not overcharging. I would highly recommend Gary and his team to all.

We offer a full range of services, including anything from a dripping tap to full heating system installations.
We are Gas Safe and oftec Registered and specialise in boiler replacements and servicing.
We are very proud to say we are a highly regarded Worcester accredited installer, aswell as a G1 Grant oil fired boiler and Air source heat pump installer too.
We have many years' experience working in the oil-fired sector, oil tank replacement aswell as oil boiler breakdowns.
GRL Plumbing and Heating was also lucky enough to come second place in the Heating Installer of the Year Awards 2018.
