  • Tracing ingress of rain into a corner of an upstairs bedroom and carrying out necessary repairs.

    Spent some time making extensive searches in loft and state of outer wall to look for obvious signs of where the rain was coming in and 'travelling' into the bedroom. This took some time. After erecting scaffolding and repointing a certain amount of the outer wall, and correcting a few discovered problems including some drains work, we seem to have found the solution. All of this was performed with good humour, courtesy and awareness that they were working on, and in someone's house.

    Billy and Shane are the type of builders that are difficult to find these days. Polite, accommodating, punctual, involve themselves in producing a quality finish through suggestions and flexibility/needs of the client. They have an excellent network of sub contractors who were on time, produced a good standard of work and were courteous to the neighbours. From start to finish we have found their work ethic, standards and personal pride in the job to be a delight to work with. Considering the size of the project, it has landed on time, on budget and can't recommend them highly enough.

    Billy and Shane viewed work needing doing, wrote and send quote promptly, which was a very fair price. The workmanship carried out was outstanding, I'm going to get my bathroom done next, when they have a slot. Cannot recommend them enough.
