    Groundsource responded quickly and having identified a potentially dangerous situation they kindly volunteered to do the work at a weekend. We received a first class and professional service, with Dean letting us know the arrangements in advance and talking us through the works before and during. He took photographs at each stage of the process which provide a useful record of what was done. Both Dean and Paul were friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. The work was completed in less time than expected and the site was left clean and tidy.

    We had a cracked old gulley drain outside which needed replacing. Danny came over. Professional polite, very clear explaining the issue and solution. That aside was enough, but was also good value. Had other traders come over with poor solutions I knew could make things worse, or just create more work that was just not necessary to up the cost. Went with them as a result. Turned up in time. Quick worker, explained any issues. Very tidy. Left everything immaculate. 100%
