  • Retrieving 'Lost Data', from my Workstation, that had 'CRASHED'.

    On Wednesday , May 15th 2024, at approx 1700hrs, my personal Computer, at my home, 'CRASHED' and I was unable to retrieve, the 'Lost' data. I knew that the first thing I would have to do, was to employ the services , of a Computer Engineer. I have used G.S.F Services in the past and have found them to be excellent. I telephoned Mr Few, at GSF and later that evening, he returned the call. On a previous visit, he created a 'Team Viewer' Folder on my Desktop, so now he was able to gain access to my screen and within about 30mins, he was able to retrieve all the 'Lost' Data, to my workstation

    I have used GSF Computer Services for many years. Gary has always been great at helping me with all sorts of computer issues. Gary has helped to set up my new pc's over the years, install anti-virus software and be on hand for any other technical issues that arise. I would highly recommend GSF services.

    Gary was excellent. First phone call, very happy to take a lot of time discussing the issues we were having, considering all the variables, and proposing a likely best solution. He visited our house, with the kit, and installed it, testing the outcome as he went. A tweak was required to get the best solution, it was no problem to re-do some of the work. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to do business with. He 'got it fixed' when everything else we'd so far tried had failed. Would definitely recommend, and I'll be using Gary in future for anything relevant that I need.
