• Appalling service

  Was contacted by Guardian to provide a quote for my leaking roof. Waited 35 mins from the agreed time but they were a no show. When I called them he said he would 'speak to his supervisor' and then went straight to voicemail. I work full time for the NHS and took a day off to sort this out. I haven't received so much as an apology. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

• Emergency roof and wall repairs

  What looked initially like a small leak turned out to be an emergency, with the parapet wall collapsing and huge problems with tiling. Will was brilliant. He arranged for scaffolding within 24 hours and had a great team working hard straight away. At each stage, he provided clear video evidence and explanations of the problems, what they planned to do and the work done. The guys were punctual, polite, worked uncredibly hard and tidied away at the end of each day. It was a huge job, but dealt with within 2 weeks of the original call out. So grateful.

• Cleaning moss off the roof

  Excellent job done on clearing the moss from our house roof and cleaned out the guttering making a couple of repairs requested by me. Generally very tidy, certainly will use them again and again.
