  These guys were terrific. i had a gaping hole in my flat roof. They were recommended by a friend. They were very professional, gave me a detailed account of what work was required and carried it out to an excellent standard. The weather was awful but they still managed to work around it. I am now enjoying a lovely solid roof top patio. I would definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them. Words that come to mind. Hard Working, skilled, Tidy, Excellent Communicators, Thorough, Excellent Time keeping

  Would highly recommend Gwillam Builders ... Alan, Kev & Jim. We had bathroom installed including plastering, tiling & plumbing including moving radiator. Our new bathroom looks amazing very high standard of workmanship, the guys suggested little improvements to our ideas and didn't complain when we changed our minds and asked for little extra's. They were all very polite & friendly will definitely use again. Great Job Thank you

  Alan and his team carried out a media wall to my lounge Alan came round to scope the work needed and required. Nothing was too much trouble and his communication was first class The day of the work commencing, Alan and his team were on time and very organised The house was set up with dust sheets and carpet protector which was really good and something I was worried about The media wall was carried out with precision and professionalism with the whole team communicating with what I wanted achieve Overall 10/10 and I would highly recommend Alan and his team for all building projects

  I can highly recommend Alan and his team of experienced, skilled builders. Fantastic job completed to a really high standard. Transformed my small roomed bungalow into a modern, open plan, wheelchair accessible and adapted home. Following structural engineers drawings, conservatory demolition, removal of internal walls, doors, old kitchen, reconfigured hall removed existing flooring, bricking up of fireplace and window, removal of brickwork, installation of steel beam for wider doors, plastering, electrics and plumbing. I was consulted and kept informed at all times DELIGHTED!
