We would highly recommend GWS to anyone .We had all our windows and doors replaced, right from the first meeting with Matt and Andy everything was dealt with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. We met Jess at the showroom where she was very polite and helpful showing and explaining everything. The fitters Nick and Neil were just the same nothing too much trouble, very polite, very tidy, and worked very hard ...im one very happy customer

We had two new doors and all windows replaced. From the start its been a great experience. From the initial appointment with Matt and Andy for the measure up and quote, which they gave lots of good advice. Then discussions with Jess in the office helping with the quote. All they wanted to do was to help and make sure we were happy. The installation crew Nick and Neil were superb. We were concerned how much damage there would be to our interior walls, due to the windows and doors being taken out. It was so minimal to our surprise. Highly recommend GWS!

We are very pleased with the work carried out by GWS. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. We met with Jess in the office to choose the glass and door furniture and to sign the paperwork. She was extremely welcoming and helpful. On the agreed day, the fitters turned up on time as planned and were very efficient and left no mess. A small hiccup was dealt with quickly and professionally and the end result is exactly as requested. From our experience, we highly recommend GWS.
