    Colin rang me. From my brief description of the job he advised I didn't need a Landlord's Certificate. No gas to the 'boiler' in the kitchen which is only an interface connected to the 'District Heating/Hot Water. Am now investigating that option. Thanks Colin. Only need the Gas Hob checking annually. Advised fitting an electric hob.

    Colin visited early evening to accommodate my request and had a thorough look and test of the old combi boiler. He suggested I took it up with the boiler maker company and informed me of their repairs scheme, as it may be more cost-effective than potential mounting costs. He did not charge for his time and effort, which I appreciated greatly, and I took up his suggestion of contacting the company, who have now fixed the problem and put my out-of-warrantee boiler in a repairs policy. So thanks for your work ethics, experience and knowledge!

As a qualified and experienced Gas Safe registered engineer serving Sydenham and the local area. I'm passionate about ensuring your home's gas appliances are functioning safely and efficiently. Whether you need a routine boiler service, a gas leak repair, central heating repair or a new appliance installation. I pride myself on providing clear communication and exceptional customer service. I offer competitive pricing and free quotes for all my services. I carry out all the work myself and will be your single point of contact.
