Richard thoroughly explained what he was doing and how the system would work when the job was complete. Richard helped me to install the software so we could control the church heating using our phones. Richard also stated that he was available to talk to or he would come back if we had any queries about the heating. I think he did an excellent job and would not hesitate to use him again.
