Same-day central heating pump diagnosis and repair
10Verified ReviewTom picked up an urgent job after our boiler failed shortly after a house move. He was able to attend the same day after I sent a message in the morning and arrived exactly on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a central heating pump failure and went out and came back with the part after quoting prices. Installed the pump, flushed out some rather icky debris from our tank, and got the system back up and running. Really great attitude as he was determined not to leave until the problem was fixed! He even gave the boiler a quick service while he was at it for no charge.

I was previously a service and repair engineer for British Gas with over 12 years’ experience. In that time, I have worked on a very large range of gas appliances and systems. I also took on the role of a mentor to educate new engineers and a lead engineer role to aid the team with problematic faults/issues.
Being Gas Safe Registered, I am qualified to install new appliances and register installation work. I am Qualified to work with Natural Gas, LPG and Oil
