  Jack arrived promptly and completed repair to my mother's lift. Unfortunately, within an hour the lift malfunctioned again. Jack returned within a couple of hours and resolved another problem, at no added cost. Jack was courteous and professional throughout. Very pleased with prompt and helpful response.

  We contacted Hampshire Mobility after being quoted a ridiculous price from the manufacturer . Jak Parish responded swiftly to my enquiry and gave me a quote at the same time . He visited this morning and replaced the batteries of the main component. The stairlift works perfectly now and in readiness for my family members who find stairs difficult due to Osteoarthritis . Excellent service, well planned and efficient. Thank you again Jak.
