I was a nervous customer but Dennis and his team were excellent and made me feel at ease and they are easy to talk to.  Dennis was very thorough and kept me informed at all stages.  Nothing was too much trouble.  Encounterd a couple of problems but Dennis and his team sorted them.  Steve's brickwork is excellent.  I am very pleased with all the work that was carried out.  They are honest, fair and hard working.  They were always puntual.  I am very happy with the end result.  Would highly recommend Dennis and his team

Remove internal fit skylighr

Oak frame provided and erected by a separate company.  Dennis completed all the other work, removal of old conservatory, ground work, foundations, (prior to oak frame), and then after it was erected, all brickwork, roof, floor prep, interior insulation and plasterboard etc.  The quality of the work was exceptional, oak frame company commented it was one of the most accurate set of foundations they had seen.  Steve's brickwork was of particular note.  Whole team helpful, happy to discuss anything including jobs out of spec with no additional costs.  Good communication/friendly would use again.

What can we say about Dennis? He has project managed every detail whilst we have been busy at work, his communication is second to none and nothing is too large an obstacle to overcome.  Though we suffered with other trades people, Dennis and his guys would always come back to us promptly and come through for us.  Special mention to Steve for his brickwork which is great.  All the guys are easy to talk too and do not make you feel silly if you dont quite know what you are talking about.  Would highly recommend.

Single Story Extension

We used Dennis and team for some structural work at our home.  They removed a supporting pillar and installed structural beams as per the engineers specs.  Alongside this they also created an opening and frame for a large roof lantern.  Dennis abs his team were a pleasure to have around, they carried out the work through to completion and even picked up additional pieces as they went along with no hassle.  The site was left clean every day and we are very happy with the end result.  All the required building regs were managed and provided.  I would recommend this company for any future work.

We used Dennis for our conversion he attended to discuss and quote the works and was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.  For a customer who was nervous to let someone into their home we were so appreciative of his remarkable consistency, customer service skills and exceeding our expectations on the work standards.  The team are very conscious they were in your home and treated my family and home very respectful.  Dennis was very thorough initially which meant it went without a hiccup, but if one had occurred I have no doubt it would of been dealt with quickly &efficiently.  Would highly recommend
