10Verified ReviewDarren and his team did a fantastic job of replacing my leaking flat roof. He arrived when he said he would and kept me updated when work wouldn't be possible because of the weather. He carefully explained everything that would need to be done, and was happy to answer any questions I had. He did a fantastic job on the roof itself, and discovered another issue caused by a previous owner which he quoted for and fixed at short notice with no problems. He also left everything tidy when the job was finished, and stuck to his promised quotes, I'd recommend him to anyone.

We provide a 20 year manufacturers guarantee on completion of work . EPDM rubber has a proven life span of over 60 years. Hart property service has vast experience from doing the smallest flat roof to doing large commercial flat roofs and our after-care service is second to none. We also specialise in all types of fascia and guttering repairs.
We pride ourselves on our workmanship and we never ask for any payment until our customers are 100 percent happy with the work done.
