    Mark and his son Seb are excellent people: they come when they say they are coming and do what they say they will do. They are good problem solvers. Our job was tricky and involved some changes of mind on our part. They showed initiative and good workmanship. We are happy to recommend them.

    Mark did a great job turning our open-plan living room/dining room into two separate rooms. This involved re-opening an old doorway, filling in the old doorway, moving radiators and redecorating. He managed the plumber / electrician as needed, helped us with purchasing the door / radiators etc and completed the job before Christmas.

    The leak was a semi-emergency and Mark came out promptly on a Saturday, made the system secure and returned and fixed it on the Monday when the plumbers merchants were open. Altogether resolved in a good timeframe with no problems. The toilet flush mechanism was not so urgent but Mark got back to us when his shcedule allowed and installed a new mechanism with no problems
