  Quoted the job after receiving pictures and measurements, with a date and time booked in the dairy for the work to be done. Was then phoned and informed that he had double booked, could I rearrange. Called on the wrong day to turn up, then didn't arrive on the scheduled date. No messages, no phone call and not picking up this phone either.
