Boiler failure

I spoke to Jon who was extremely helpful and managed to fix the fault over the phone, which was absolutely fantastic. I will certainly be using HEIDI Maintenance in future, great service.

10Verified ReviewOur kitchen mixer tap was leaking from where you swivel it and I couldn't fix it myself (it wasn't a washer issue) so we contacted H.E.I.D.I Maintenance as we wanted a new tap installed. They still took the time to check the old tap to see if repairable before installing a new mixer tap for us. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest and recommend them

10Verified ReviewWe had some work undertaken by another company last year to our main bathroom but recently had some issues around the configuration of the soil pipe. We contacted H.E.I.D.I Maintenance to look at this for us and they undertook remedial works which included - removal of toilet, tiled boxing and soil pipe, re configuring the soil pipe and then reinstating the toilet and also the boxing (and re tiling it). A really good job done and would never know any work had been carried!

I have been in the industry for 25 years, allowing me to provide customers with an excellent standard of work, and an honest, reliable service.
We undertake every aspect of heating, including full central heating installations, boiler changes, cylinder and radiator renewals, servicing and general repairs.
We are also fully trained to install underfloor heating which, if you are limited on space for radiators, is an excellent alternative.
We also offer a comprehensive bathroom installation service and are happy to advise on design if ever you are stuck for ideas.
