  HelpinU installed solar panels on my house. I felt that they offered a superior product which they were clearly proud of standing by. Other solar companies are more what you see is what you get. Very professional company with excellent communication, level of service, and insurance practices.

  Chose them because for technophobes the survey and understandable technical explanations before fitting were important. Certainly not the cheapest but the post fitting support to check how the system works and explain how to reduce bills before we are able to feedback into the grid has been equally helpful. Fitters were very professional and talked us through amendments to original plan as heating vent was in the way. From start to finish a job well done, very impressed,

  From inception cannot fault this company. From my enquiry they actually came out for a sight survey and discussed best options for battery. Steve was more than happy to talk me through different suppliers of batteries until I felt comfortable with Puredrive. Set the date for installation and all arrived when planned. Quick discussion with John regards installation area which meant moving some of my storage racks. Installed in double quick time, they even re hung the storage racks for me, flabbergasted worth all the tea and coffee. Even had calls to make sure I was happy after completion.

  The initial visit and quote from Steve Cameron was prompt and clear. He answered follow up questions quickly and accurately. The scaffolding and installation was efficient, competent and performed with minimum impact on our lives. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and did a very professional job, in the timescales stated. I am very pleased with the results and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

• Sorting my solar system

  I recently changed broadband provider which meant my solar system was no longer talking to the app. Called HelpinU for advise and they sent Josh round to sort the issue out. It wouldn’t affect my solar production but having the app to monitor things is helpful. Can’t fault the aftercare provided by this company at short notice AND before Christmas. Excellent all round
