10Verified ReviewRichard came round early afternoon to inspect some water leaking from our boiler in the loft. After discovering it rusted through it was decommissioned with immediate effect (the roofers had refitted the flue incorrectly). With newborn twins in the house, he quickly made a call to arrange for an emergency boiler replacement later that day. By 7pm we had a brand new boiler up and running. Truly incredible work, generosity, honesty and respect for their clients. Couldnt recommend them more highly. Really heartwarming to find genuine tradesmen and human beings in these difficult times.
