Installation of air source heat pump at my home
10Verified ReviewJamie Howard ops director visited to discuss - no heavy pressure sales techniques. Then for 8 days, men on site removed boiler, installed water heater in loft, heat pump on roof of single storey extension. Every day they arrived promptly, worked hard, effectively, neatly and left, tidying up after themselves. They were polite and thoughtful throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation for this work.

10Sales: No hard sell or dodgy sales techniques or pressure to sign. Ordering Process: I was kept informed on progress every step of the way. When various kit had arrived and when they would be able to install. The Team: All members of the team were very professional. Always turned up on time deliver what they said they would deliver when they said they would deliver it (which is rare these days). A very professional team. I am very pleased with the system they installed and would highly recommend Heppelthwaite - Green Building Solutions.
