    We have used Highbank for over ten years now, having tried several other companies before being recommended that we try Highbank. The cleaning is always carried out to a high standard, and their staff are friendly, courteous, and punctual. And the owner Julie will always endeavour to fit in with any last minute requests for changing the date/time of our cleaning. Exemplary service!

    We have used Highbank for over 18 months and have a regular fortnightly clean. Our cleaner is brilliant, and Julie runs a first-class company - always helpful and every effort has been made to make things COVID-secure. Also, staff are treated well and paid fairly (above the London Real Living Wage), which is really important to us and not the case in other companies we have used. A great company and excellent cleaning service. Highly recommended.

    Having had a poor experience in the past with cleaning companies who do a good job for a few weeks then standards drop off, High bank has been a wonderful improvement! Due to the pandemic we have sometimes had a replacement cleaner sent to us instead of our usual lady but always arranged in advance and the standard has been high with each one and Julie has always been available to show them around if needed so that we have had minimum disruption. Julie has done an incredible job with organising around covid restrictions this year, I can't recommend Highbank highly enough.
