  The work was carried out quickly in a tidy, polite and friendly manner. Unfortunately, 1 year later leaks started to reappear. Tried several times (phone, voicemail, email and website) to contact the company to rectify the issue under the terms of their 15 year guarantee but they have failed to make any contact. Very disappointed - what is the point of giving a guarantee if they do not honour it?

• Relay ridge tiles

  Eddie came to sort out my ridge tiles. I wasn't there so he sent me a picture of the work in progress, I came home and they had finished the job, it looked very neat and tidy. I went into the loft and I could no longer see daylight. A couple of days later we had some storms with a lot of rain and it is completely dry so happy days.

• New cladding

  We had new grey composite cladding to replace the old white pvc and replacement roofing felt where the old had worn out. The people working on the project were very pleasant and considerate and the work was completed in good time. We have been given a 15 year guarantee with the work which gives us great peace of mind.
