    I arranged a time with Errol to come round and look at the job and get a quote . We agreed on a date and price and he arrived punctual to the time we arranged. Errol was very helpful asking me at different times to see if l needed anything changing as the job progressed.Errol was a very tidy worker and very courteous.     Errol came and quoted within a couple of hours of my job being listed and completed the works to a high standard at a convenient time the same week.   • Satellite signal disappears intermittently

    20 year old Satellite dish/LNB loosing signal intermittently on 1 or more channels of Sky boxes in house. Dish located on the roof of a 4 story house with a roof hatch in the attic. Errol called back, researched the location, gave me an estimate and arranged an appointment. Errol turned up when he said he would, was friendly and professional. A few problems as the roof turned out to be slippery but a solution was found using an extending ladder. A suitable converter was sourced to enable a new LNB to be fitted to one of the dishes and a good strong, quality signal was soon on all 3 boxes.
