  • Reinsert downpipe into horizontal roof guttering, after high winds

    Very quick response ... popped over and reinserted the downpipe to the horizontal drain and re-screwed in the top stabiliser. Also reversed one of the downpipe joints, so the water went down the "inside" of the pipe rather than the outside. Had originally been installed incorrectly. All done with a smile, despite the rain.

    The team arrived on time. They did an amazing job Very quick and efficient. All rubbish was cleared after work was completed I would highly recoamend. Will definitely be using them again if there's any more work to be done on my property.

    Very fast to respond to query and also actual subsequent repair work. However, felt the price quoted was somewhat excessive. As needed the work done quickly, agreed.Was initially told that it could be a long job. The actual work took less than 30 minutes and there was just one small crack that needed fixing. But he did not agree to reconsider the price at all not even by a small amount.
