9.75Verified ReviewTo begin the process I fired off an eMail enquiry as I always like to rate a service on response time. The response was same day. A site inspection took place by Paul the MD which was extremely professional and gave me complete confidence in Hi Tech. The completed job by Will the engineer was very good. He was courteous and efficient. As was Daniel who completed the commissioning of the boiler. Finally I have found that communication with the office on admin matters has been extremely good with responses to any questions dealt with very quickly.

Did not have item on board so went to local merchants. Back within half an hour, then quickly and efficiently. Tidied all around him. All in all, very courteous young man, even listened to my constant chat. We will be booking service later in the year
