  The company co-ordinated a wide range of tradespeople, introducing them in person and checking the completion of tasks. I wasn't kept waiting at all as everyone arrived when scheduled and there was no mess or disruption. I am very pleased with the result.

• Solved a 30-year damp problem

  Hi-Tech R and D remedied a 30-year damp problem in the top room of my house that previous contractors failed to do. The roof problems responsible were explained, aided by photos, and the necessary work completed quickly and efficiently. Internal works followed with newly plastered, damp proofed, insulated walls, new skirting, electric points, and decoration to finish throughout. The contractor provided seamless co-ordination of various sub-contractors who were all professional, working to a high standard. Very happy with my lovely new room.

  Go my house cladded. Darren from hi tech was fantastic from start to finish. I trust him ??, his knowledge in the building trade is endless. Paul , rob and Alfie did the job . Such a great team of builders and carpenters, also repaired my roof and a lot of pipes around the back of my house .

• Damp Works to Kitchen and Hallway in my Flat

  I'm very happy with Hi Tech. I had several people have a look at the issues in my flat but Darren impressed me much more than the others and pointed out some things that the others hadn't noticed. He's obviously very experienced and doesn't mess about. I'd definitely trust him not to be doing anything unnecessary too - he's a straightforward guy. The guys that carried out the work were great too, polite and clean, no trouble at all. I'm getting Hi Tech to do more jobs now - they do everything: exterior work, smaller jobs, decorating etc. Really pleased to have found a good firm.

  I live in a purpose built block of flats where condensation has been a real issue over the past months. Darren came twice to talk to me about possible solutions and within 3 days had provided me with a comprehensive estimate for the work. He was always punctual and clearly knows his stuff. However I have decided to put the work on hold for now whilst some of the issues that may be contributing to the problem are addressed by our managing agents. I will have no hesitation in using Hi-Tech when the time arises.
