  Hassan and his colleague were amazing - they quoted a 45 call out fee (far cheaper than others I called) and were able to come same day. They were neat and tidy, fixed the issue and were extremely reasonable for the price to fix my dishwasher which I thought would need replacing. Definetly using them for further work I have - putting away my taskrabbit for these guys!

• Replace the oven heating element

  Hasan said he would come over on 28th February and arrived on 3rd March. He did update the tenant to advise of date changes. He said we needed a heating element. He ordered the item and he said he would fit on 6th March. This was the last we heard. Hasan know the time pressure as my tenant is celebrating Ramadan. I could not reach him by various methods so send a message to cancel any work with him. I sourced another engineer and he confirmed that Hasan has ruined the screw thread. I can’t remove the element so had to buy a brand new oven plus pay the other engineers call out

• Tumble dryer maintenance as some parts needed replacing

  A 20 year old Tumble Dryer that has never let us down decided to come a bit loose. Some bolts had threaded and the drum had damaged some parts. Top marks to Hassan he used to work for Hotpoint and commented how in shape it still was. Had to order some parts so took a few days but well worth it. Thanks again
