They arrived and completely the job the engineer was very friendly as always and excellent customer service. The engineer advised me on some other issues we were having whilst there!     We had a leak in the airing cupboard with water coming down into the sitting room. Hocu came round, found the leak. Hocu then replaced the pump that was causing the leak. We were very pleased with the work, and would be happy to recommend them.
