    James responded very quickly to my initial and he and his team were equally as speedy in coming out to do the repair. He carried out an inspection of the roof and made suggestions for improvements that could be made, with that work also being completed in a timely and efficient manner. James and his team are very tidy workers, leaving no trace other than the work done.

He prioritised this job as he could see that water is leaking. Thomas and his colleague were able to do the work within a few days of us accepting the quote and we are very happy with the result. Arrived on the day and at the time he said he would, unlike the 2 other companies that responded but never came. Thomas and his colleague completed the job as promised and in a perfect time frame, before the rain starts again next week. Can recommend for their communication, customer service, a very reasonable quote, tidiness, being very personable, and doing a great job, in the timescale they promised. Thank you
