    We’ve had some horrendous problems with a blocked loo and complex drain issues, and I’d just like to commend Ken from draincatt.com who has been superb and worked tirelessly to get to the root cause of the problem at a reasonable price. I rarely write anything on social media, but if anyone is suffering and wants a 100% reliable and trust worthy drain specialist , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. (I have no personal connection with Ken or the company. I’m just tired of being conned by charlatans , and hearing about the same..)

    We was preparing to pack the car to go away for the weekend when we realized we had a blocked drain. I called Ken out in an emergency and he arrived on site within three hours. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it swiftly. He's a true gentlemen and most of all he knows his stuff when it comes to blocked drains.

    Ken and Dean were very friendly and knowledgeable in what was required. After initial calls with both, James arrived the next day and promptly cleared the blockage and cleaned up once the work was completed. Overall a great experience, would definetley use again in future and recommend.

I offer a good responsive and friendly service for a reasonable price and being a small local business do not charge VAT. PLEASE read my reviews they say it instead of just me.

I, the owner and operator Ken Cattanach have worked as a Plant and Building Services engineer on piped services, drain and sewer associated works with London Transport for many years.

My associate and cousin is Dean (a human mole) who has been installing and repairing drains, cesspit, sewer pump installations for over 20 years.

We act as a team and Dean also has his own business and offers his 30 years experience, knowledge and skills in the drainage business, this keeps down our overheads and allows me NOT to charge VAT a great saving to our domestic clients.

We deal with and eradicate the pests and vermin that invade your Home, Restaurant or Workplace.

We have years of experience in dealing with pest and vermin problems that are now becoming increasingly more common.

We currently undertake work from estate and letting agents, manage rodent control programs on estates and have been instructed by local council to help and take on their appointments when they faced staffing problems as well as a large circle of private home owners.
