10Verified ReviewSadly wasn't possible to repair the dryer, and we had to replace it in the end. However, Homecare were fantastic throughout. They arranged for parts to be delivered and engineer callouts promptly, and before the Xmas holidays. Unfortunately, when the repair turned out to be unsuccessful, they arranged a same-day refund for the parts. Couldn't be happier, and will definitely use again.

3.5Verified ReviewThe first caller charged us for a part he assumed was the issue and promised to return to fix it in, he said, 'a few days'. It took two weeks. When he came he didn't have the right clips on his van: another visit, in another two weeks. The third time, he fixed on the part and left without testing the machine: it didn't fix the issue. The fourth and final caller came to remove the part replaced earlier; in doing so, he stripped the heads of the screws fixing the door to the dishwasher (it's integrated), meaning the door won't attach. It's still not fixed, and I've told them not to bother.
