  The company is Superb and Reliable. No doubt about it. Fantastic team. Edward has been fantastic from day one when we got the quote explaining in detail. He said we get it done in 2 days and they did. We had additional rafter issue , and they kept to there word and got it done all nicely . We would really like to thank the team for handwork, politeness and cleaning after the job. They also kindly did few free job within the quote to do with the Chimney. Very friendly team and quoted us right price. We would truly recommend you to others. Wish the company all the best for future !!

• Roof tiles replaced

  Overall I’m happy with the roof. The roof looks great, friendly team but I do have 2 issues. 1st- the amount of debris in the loft. Feel like it could have been minimised and or a warning so I could have removed our bags of baby clothes, bedside cot (will be thrown away now) Xmas decorations etc. The 2nd is a worker stepped through our bedroom ceiling and the repair was minimal. Considering the job was mostly done in a day, I think these issues are due to rushing to get it done, including them being here until gone 7pm when I have young children that need to be gotten ready for bed.

• Full roof refurbishment

  I had a full roof refurbishment for a late 19th century terrace. Homecraft were prompt, informative and the work of good quality. The only lost point was that at one time there was an overflow of water from my neighbour which was diverted unfortunately along my back wall. Thus there is a whole damp patch in my living room. They did apologise and provide the paint. Otherwise everything was very good and I would definitely use them again.

• Flat roof installation

  Unfortunately we had some flat roof work done a few years ago which wasn't good, by another roofer. I contacted and spoke to Edward who gave me advice on the best way to proceed. When we decided to go with Homecraft Edward's team completed the job quickly and professionally. They were good friendly people to deal with.

  Tip top job from the Homecraft team. It was good to receive a preliminary consultation and the team were able to answer all my questions and provide plenty of options. The execution work was delivered swiftly and without any problems. The team were very careful on-site, and very easy to get along with. The whole service was just what I was looking for at the right price.
