  Excellent throughout the job. Philip responded promptly to my request for advice regarding my leaking roof. We discussed the options and concluded that the optimal solution was to replace the entire roof. Philip quoted for the job and I accepted the quote. The work was begun promptly and carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The entire team were impressive throughout and had an excellent attitude. We are extremely pleased with the finished job and would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.

• Roof tile broken

  We had a leak which we wasn’t sure if it was due to the roof or window, it was spotted straight away when they came to quote the job, quoted quickly and arranged quickly. Once he came to repair, he found there was actually two tiles broken, it was quickly sorted to get another tile and fix at the same time at no extra cost. Quick, efficient, and an honest tradesman, couldn’t fault. I would recommend.

  Phil arrived to quote on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thorough look at the leak/problem roof area. Quoted and returned to fix approx 2 weeks later (would have been sooner but the weather had been awful). I had previously contacted a number of Roofers and the others either didn’t turn up to quote or just gave me a high price over the phone. So very happy and will hopefully be able to use Houghton Roofing again.
