    Communication was good, the workman turned up on time and I was notified when he was twenty minutes away. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts so the oven could be repaired the same day. The price was reasonable.

    The engineer arrived at the agreed time. Advised the issue was the thermostat that would need to be ordered from Hotpoint. I had a call later that day confirming availability and price. Arranged to be fitted this morning (Saturday) and again the engineer arrived promptly. The engineer was a nice guy, very pleasant, worked efficiently and tidy. Highly recommended. Prompt, trustworthy and at a price that I was comfortable with.
