    He conned me in to getting a new boiler when I think a new pump would have done. Once fitted he said I would get a guarantee for it that would last 10 years five months later I have still not got it and he is give me some story about the rep not getting back to him. The boiler works which is all well and good I just want the documents to prove it.

    Really impressed,arrived on time in fact he was early,Simon took his shoes off on entering which l thought was very respectful.A really pleasant man.He had to go to get the new valve but didn’t waste time,he was back in 15 minutes.He replaced the valve after draining the radiator,all this in one hour. Excellent job.Well done Simon,Thankyou.
