9.25Verified ReviewCalamity, no heating or hot water at a vulnerable neighbours house. I put a request into Checkatrade, within ten minutes Matt rang me said he'd be able to visit within 24hrs (he was unaware my neighbour was a vulnerable person). He travelled from Southampton to Stubbington just before midday and resolved the issue. He showed me how to deal with it should it happen again in the future as it can be a recurrent fault (low water pressure in the system). Very happy and satisfied customer.

10Verified ReviewSuperb service from Matt to fix a broken central heating system. He very quickly identified the problem but also explained and demonstrated so that I could see the issue. He always explained what he advised and why and did it all while being friendly and upbeat. Costs were always explained upfront. I simply cannot recommend Matt highly enough and to have the heating working again is a dream.
