3.75Verified ReviewWe had an issue with leaks coming from our roof that Richard and his team agreed to fix with our neighbours. They quoted less than the others to do the full job and clean our gutters. This job was attended to but they didn’t clean the gutters as agreed and paid for. We have had another issue after the initial fix was done. My neighbour had no luck getting a response for them to check this. So I tried and they did come out to check it. Said they’d come fix it but they have never come out to do it! No response to my messages now. Shocking way to treat customers!

0Verified ReviewAfter my gutters were replaced, they left all the rubbish in my driveway and at the first good rain one of the gutters started leaking. Richard phoned me to complain about the review left so we agreed that he would come back check the leak and take the rubbish away and I would remove the bad review but he never showed up.
