  I found Hughes Pluming and Heating on Checkatrade, as I didn't know any providers in the local area. They initially provided me with a gas certificate, and later down the line, when I needed an emergency appointment, I contacted them again and both Emma in the office and Harry the engineer were fantastic! They came out that day to resolve the problem, and their communication to keep me up dated and understand the problem was exceptional. The team have been so professional and work to such a high standard, I would not go anywhere else and cannot recommend them enough.

  We struggled to find a decent plumber in Leamington when we first moved here, and when we had an extension, our builder Joe Clarke (also great) brought in Hughes Plumbing to install the boiler and do all the plumbing. We have used them ever since, and I always recommend them to everyone. They came out at short notice when my husband drilled through a hot water pipe, for example. This time, we had a leak from the shower tray, and it turned out it wasn't the hairline crack causing the issue, but just that it needed new sealant round the edges, which as a householder I hadn't realised.

• Shower fitting

  Hughes Plumbing replaced my mum’s bath with a shower. The two workmen that did the job were polite, courteous and considerate at all times. The job was completed in two days and the workmanship was excellent. They were at all times tidy, putting plastic sheeting down to protect carpets, and leaving no mess when they had finished. We are extremely pleased with the new shower and would not hesitate to recommend.
