  When I contacted checkatrade, Humberside Property Maintenance contacted us within half an hour of the job going live. One of them came round the same day to look at the job and gave us a quote in a couple of days. The quote was a reasonable price so we told them to go ahead. They came about a week later to do the job. They were pleasant, kept us informed at all points and got on with the job immediately. The job was done to a high standard, and would have been completed the same day. But they had a problem matching the ridge tile. It was completed the next day. I would happily use them again.

  Despite this being only a small job they came promptly when asked for an estimate, gave a competitive estimate which was accepted. The weather was very changeable but they kept me informed of when the work would be possible. When the weather was suitable they turned up on time and completed the job to my satisfaction in a tidy and timely manner.
