  Really impressed with HydraHeat. Jack contacted me straight after my enquiry and booked in the boiler service. I got a call from him on the morning of the service to tell me when he would arrive and I also got a text to say he was on his way. Jack also fixed my wobbly tap for no extra charge. Great service. We will use them again next year.

  A pleasure to deal with a composite professional, easy to talk to and responded comprehensively to any questions (I had lots). He confirmed by email our appointments and texted me when he was on his way. He worked like a trojan and ensured that the shower was working as it should whilst I observed. He cleaned up and any bits were taken away. He took a lot of time to deal with other questions I had about upgrading our boiler system with all the pro's and cons. I now have a comprehensive understanding of what to do. Very reasonably priced and no call out cost, I can't recommend him highly enough

  The service from start to finish was fantastic. Claire contacted me within minutes of my enquiry and booked Jack in to service my boiler. Jack arrived on time and quickly found the issue with my leak and serviced the boiler. He answered all questions that we had and was patient and explained everything in detail. Great service and we will be using yearly for our service and ongoing. Thank you.

• Fitted new shower and shower pump + ran new pipework to new shower position.

  Jack did a fantastic job for us installing a complete new shower system including running new pipes from tank in loft to new shower position. His attention to detail was evident, and he always ensured he left things clean and tidy. Was expensive job, but Jack helped me with advice so that I was able to source a cheaper shower pump, but one that we could rely on, which helped bring cost down a bit. Communication from Jack was excellent from start to finish, and his invoice matched his initial quote, so no hidden costs. Will definately use again, and recommend to others.
