    I recently used Hydroworks for a water softener installation. Laurence was exceptionally helpful, providing detailed service insights that informed and simplified our decisions. Mitchell's email communication was prompt and polite. Jay, the plumber, was meticulous in ensuring optimal placement. I thought having Jay present for some of the pre-fitting consultation may have expedited the fitting process on the day. The cost was reasonable for the top end of high quality received throughout and the complimentary salt was a nice touch. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend!

    Jay did a wonderful job on our installation. It ended up being a bigger job than anticipated due to old piping, but he was great at keeping us apprised of progress, and still got it done earlier than originally estimated. He was courteous, tidy, and did a great job. We are very happy with our water softener and Quooker tap. Would definitely recommend him.

    Jay did a wonderful job installing our new water softener and Quooker tap. Excellent communication, kept me updated on how he was progressing throughout the day and when the job ended up being more intensive than they had anticipated, was still able to complete the job earlier than the time frame laid out. Jay was courteous, and extremely tidy. The water softener and tap work fabulously, and we could not be happier.

    Laurence and the team delivered an impeccable service from the home visit where I was shown all of my options with pros and cons highlighted to top level telephone contact leading up to installation and finally installation completed in a timely, tidy fashion with a full description of what had been done before engineer leaving my home. All information booklets left and explained with contact information if I needed it.

We are a local water softening business, specialising in the maintenance and service of pretty much all makes and models of softeners, both domestic and commercial.

We also sell water softeners, and supply water filters, and have an excellent relationship with Quooker for their boiling water systems.

The advice we give our customers is always best-advice, based on our very strong and unique experience in the water softening industry.

Laurence (That's me) formerly ran the Harvey Softeners dealer network for 8 years, and prior to that the Ecowater dealer network, and I have a huge amount of knowledge about our industry, and this has helped us grow the business significantly over the 6-years I have now owned it. My team are all trained directly by myself, in each of their specialities, and so I am confident that you will get the same high standard of service from all of us.

Domestically, my experience is that the industry is full of smoke and mirrors; everyone is trying to show that their product is better than another, and this often leads to misinformation being spread to try to create confusion for the customer. I work hard to counter that by running accurate water softener comparisons pages on our website, plus also tackling the other questions that always come up, in detail, such as,
