    ID Refurbs were hired to carry out works at our property. Ian and his team, were always punctual, respectful of our property and above all were willing to engage with us and always willing to answer our questions. At the end of the day they left the work area clean and tidy. The work was to an exceptional standard and to the agreed price.

  • Kitchen ceiling

    We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, which caused significant damage. Iain came to assess and found that the flat roof was in need of repair, and the ceiling would need to be repaired/ re plastered and repainted. The damage to the ceiling resulted in a big dip in the ceiling which looked as if it would burst and cause further damage. Iain came and made it safe before commencing the job.

    Iain and his team completed our rear kitchen extension as well as finalising works that had been left uncompleted by our previous builder. He was always on time, tidy and polite during the works and has come back for snagging since. The work was completed to a “ready to decorate” finish to a high standard. I would be happy to have him back for other projects.

    Ian recently demolished our crumbling patio and dug footings for our extension. He has been brilliant throughout and completed the work very quickly with minimal disruption. He was always able to answer questions, was helpful, considerate and he kept us updated throughout. We would definitely recommend ID refurbs and will hopefully be asking them back soon to complete the extension.
