    This 28m2 kitchen extension is the second project Ian has done for us. Ian’s work included demo, drainage, footings, masonry structure and general building works. Ian is very honest and trustworthy. He completed most of the project while we were away and we never had a doubt.

  • Replaced morter on porch roof

    Ian came and assessed the porch, we were having internal damp issues. It was decided that the morter between the roof and brickwork should be chipped out and replaced. Also a sealent was used on the internal ceiling of the porch. It was agreed that Ian would do the job two days later. Ian arrived on that day and carried said repairs. He was prompt, courteous and did a good job, would highly recommend him. He kindly stepped in after another so called builder on this site, badly let us down 3 times.

  • Renovate a garage floor

    Getting a tradesman to do this job was not easy. It required removing the existing garage base with limited site access. IH.Builder gave us an acceptable quote for the work and promised to get back to us when he could the work. This he did some months later. The work was undertaken proficiently. Whilst the job turned out to be easier than anticipated, we were happy to pay the quoted price. We would use IH.Builder again and recommend him.
