  IHI Bathrooms - professional. On first visit I was offered good advice about layout including a price range of different products before I visited a bathroom supplier and how to ensure longevity of the finished product, eg, replacing the plasterboard with similar cement boards - I didn't know about that product - outstanding! My property is only 2.5 years old and Martin found and corrected shocking workmanship. Excellent communicator, kept me well informed. Importantly, his prices are very competitive.

  Marcin did a brilliant job uplifting our tired old bathroom. Gave us good advice about suitable products and used a reputable and good quality supplier. As often happens, it ended up being a bigger more expensive job than planned but Marcin was upfront and reasonable about additional costs. There was a bit of delay starting the job but this didn’t seem unreasonable as it was due to another job taking longer than expected. Be prepared to pay a large deposit to cover materials, but Marcin’s work is to a high standard and you won’t be let down. The improvement to our bathroom is unbelievable!

  Marcin has been absolutely fantastic for us, especially considering our old house kept creating new surprises. He ripped out the old bathroom and did a lot of work preparing the space for the new one and ensuring we were compliant with regulatory standards. He was always flexible and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the finish product. He is meticulous, works hard and cares about the small details. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We'll definitely be calling upon him again for future projects. Thanks Marcin!

  Complete refit of family bathroom - Martin helped with choices and recommended supplier and provided clear detailed quote. During the job we hit many problems due to previous bathroom change 12+ yrs ago and Martin handled very well (pipes were a mess, some lead piping, toilets connected to HOT water etc....) - explaining options and making recommendations in a clear professional manner. Job was finished beatifully - he is a perfectionist - and we are so happy with it - cannot recommend IHI highly enough - will be shouting his praises from the rooftops to anyone who needs a good guy!

  Our old bathroom was completely stripped out and remodelled into a shower room. Undoubtedly a difficult job dealing with the existing substandard plumbing/electrics/structures. A fantastic result. Our only minor criticism is that the job did take rather a long time, but the wait was worth it in the end ;-)
