    The work was done to an excellent standard and was at a fair price. They were very organised and tidy, as well as reliable and punctual. We did have a misunderstanding about some scope of work, but that was also our fault so it is worth making sure that all the details are well talked through. They are lovely in person and very courteous and considerate, but the text messages can be quite terse, so I have deducted a couple of points for that.
