3Verified ReviewLeo from IMAA expressed interest in my job and agreed to come and quote a week later. He asked me to reach out to him on the evening before the quote to remind him. I did this. He responded the next day, the day he was due to visit (I had cleared my diary and arranged to be at home for this reason alone) stating he would only come and quote if I agreed to have my boiler serviced at the same time. I had been clear, I wanted a quote for the service and a number of other jobs. I declined. I have the messages proving my experience. He wasted my time and set me back a week. A very poor experience.
