    I put a request in to check a trade for a local locksmith in the morning. I gave a brief description of the problem. Within 5 minutes of sending my request Richard phoned me and came to look at the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. Excellent Service, very knowledgeable, tidy courteous and a very nice man. Thank you so much Richard excellent service. I highly recommend this man.

  • Key broke in door!

    Came home and unlocked front door. It opened buy half the key was stuck in the lock. Put a quote request on here and within 10 mins Richard rang. Within one hr job done and I could get on with my birthday! Such a friendly and efficient service.

    I have always wanted a smart lock so I went for the Proscenic L40 and needed someone to install it and it was my first time contacting Checkatrade and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I received. I spoke to a lovely chappy called Richard and he was so fantastic , very professional. He went above and beyond in order to get this lock ( the offending article) fitted. I can’t believe I have one of these locks and that is thanks to Richard that I now have one and it works perfectly and I am very very happy and I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting IMA again.
