• Full house clean prior to tenants and oven clean

  Mamie was helpful and communicated well prior to cleaning our house. General cleaning was ok. However, kitchen was very poor and oven was of unsatisfactory standard. The cupboards had marks, the extractor was not wiped, the kick boards were not cleaned and cutlery draw untouched. I was open to her rectifying cleaning but was not confident that she knew what she was doing with oven cleaning. She somehow cut her hand and told me it was impossible to clean and started asking about screws. It slides apart! She was extremely unprofessional when challenged and became threatening in manner.

  Mamie and her colleague were absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly and incredibly hard working. They worked tirelessly until the flat was absolutely spotless. Other companies were unable to shampoo carpets so it was great to find someone to do a complete deep clean in a day. I recommend them unreservedly. Many many thanks.

  Mamie and Mary were a warm and easy presence while they did a deep clean of our place, extremely conscientious and hard working. They moved some pretty hefty furniture around to get right into the corners and did a particularly beautiful job cleaning the bath. It was lovely to enjoy our clean flat that evening and I will be engaging with Mamie and her team for a weekly clean to keep us out of grubiness!
